I should be packing

But I wanted to share some photos from this week before I head off for a series of trips, first to Uruguay and then to Patagonia! I’ll be in Buenos Aires for about 8 hours between the two so I’m just thinking of that as time for a shower and a repack.

Happy Hanukkah and Happy Thanksgiving to everyone! It’s hard to be away from my family but I’m going to a beach in Uruguay and I will see them in less than three weeks so I think it will still be nice. I’m also so ready for food blogs to stop exclusively covering thanksgiving!! There are more meals in a year.

I have so much to be thankful for in this very moment, that I’m here (not) packing for another adventure in South America and that I was able to speak with everyone in my immediate family today. The freedom I have here is never going to happen again and I try to be conscious of that all the time. I’m also thankful for health, family, friends, and for Penn, which I’m so lucky to come back to. And for the fact that my parents sent me to UNIS where I started learning Spanish 15 years ago. Who ever knew it would take me here?

Sending love near and far,

Abigail
